We take enormous pride in every product we offer and strive to deliver them in the best possible condition.

Orders placed before 2 PM on Monday to Friday are shipped out the same day. Orders placed after 2 PM are shipped the next business day. We will send you an order confirmation with the tracking info once the order is shipped out.

Most orders will be delivered within 1-4 days of shipment date.

Please take into account that we are located on the East Coast in New Jersey, so orders shipping farthest from us located on the West coast, may take up to 5 days to reach you, and in very rare occurrences could take up to 7 days to reach you. As such, we take precautionary measures with each and every order such and pack our orders with premium packaging and ice packs so that your rotis will reach you in perfect, fresh condition.

While there are many things we do to mitigate the risk of spoilage when shipping our products around the country, there are unfortunately some things outside of our control like the weather and transit delays once the package is in the hands of FedEx, or UPS. As such, the shipping guidelines published on this website are not absolute guarantees of a shipping or arrival date.

Rotikaafoods.com is not responsible for delays in transit caused by high package volume, weather, mechanical error, strikes, natural disasters, terrorism safety control, local carrier mis-scans or inaccurate/incomplete shipping information, and we do not require a signature for the release of any shipment. Leaving a package at an address is ultimately up to the complete discretion of the individual delivery person and is therefore entirely outside our control.

The rotis will always be prepared the same day as they are shipped, and the parathas are made up to 12 hours prior to shipping.

We are unable to guarantee time of delivery, as this is all subject to the local carrier. Most carriers will deliver packages anytime between 8am-8pm.

If you are placing an order for a time-sensitive event, we recommend placing your order early and schedule it to arrive 1-2 days before your event. Our products can be frozen or refrigerated upon arrival to preserve freshness.

Customers are responsible for checking that all shipping information is correct before submitting an order as well as in their order confirmation email. If you need to modify the delivery address once your order has shipped, a $25 address change processing fee will apply to your order. Once an address modification is requested, carriers require one business day to process the change, which may delay the package. Rotikaafoods.com is not responsible for delays in transit caused by address modification.

There are no returns, refunds or cancellations allowed on any orders that have shipped. If you need to cancel your order, call or email us as soon as you are able and we will try to accommodate your cancellation to the best of our ability.

All packages are shipped via FedEx or UPS, therefore we cannot ship to P.O. Box addresses.

Our brand strives to provide authentic flavor and as such all of our products come from family recipes. There are no artificial colors, flavors, or preservatives in any of our rotis and parathas.

Rotis, chapati and phulka are generally similar, and are considered almost interchangeable, so rotis are a fitting product if you are looking for chapati or phulka.

All of our products are made with corn oil which has no cholesterol, so our rotis are not likely to increase cholesterol. We do not cook the roti with oil or ghee on top.

Our Paneer Paratha contains whole milk paneer, so this paratha may contain cholesterol.

Our rotis have no salt as to ensure that all members of your family, both older and younger, can eat our rotis with every meal without any adverse effects on their hearts or health. Our parathas do include salt.

At this time we do not make salted rotis.
